Hey, I'm Mia Pham!

I’m a professional bodyworker working with fascia-based methods. My work is not about fixing bodies - it’s about helping people understand how their body works so it can re-organise itself naturally. FasciaFix was created as a simple, accessible entry into this work - for people who want real change, not just temporary relief.

Why FasciaFix Exists

For years, I've worked with people living with pain or constant tension - often after trying many different approaches.

What I see again and again: the body is rarely broken. Most of the time, it's over-organising, compensating, holding patterns that once made sense - but are no longer being felt clearly.

Many methods try to fix the body from the outside. My work is different. It's about helping you sense how your body is organised - so change can happen naturally, from within. FasciaFix is a simple, accessible entry into this work. Not a replacement for therapy. Not a workout. But a way to experience more ease, more clarity, and a deeper trust in your own body.

This is the kind of work I wish more people had access to earlier - before pain becomes something to manage, rather than understand.
